At Butt Rub & Scrub, you're always in control of your account and personal information. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and data.

How to Request Deletion

You can delete your account by following below steps:

In the App

  1. Open the Butt Rub & Scrub app

  2. Go to Account Settings

  3. Select Delete My Account

  4. Confirm your request

What Gets Deleted

Once your request is processed, we permanently delete or de-identify:

  • Your name, email address, home address, and phone number

  • Your pet profile(s)

  • Your booking and appointment history

  • Your loyalty/rewards points balance and status (if applicable)

  • Your marketing and SMS/text messaging opt-in preferences
